SCW – Smart Curtain Wall is leader in the design, manufacture and installation of glass façade for building envelopes, becoming your global partner throughout the entire project process. SCW, thanks to its many years of experience and applying the highest technological solutions, is able to make a bespoke suit according to the technical specifications of the project, achieving fully customer satisfaction.
Many collaborations have been maintained over the years with clients and architects, who have placed their full trust in our knowledge and experience. Proof of this are emblematic buildings at national level such as Torre Espacio, Torre de Cristal, Gas Natural, Torre Agbar, Hotel Arts, La Finca, to mention a few.
The SCW system provides advanced and innovative solutions for singular shapes offering modern and high quality glass façades, in harmony with the distinctive values of the company and, always, embracing its philosophy of safe the environment and improving the living conditions and habitat of residents, through the use of eco-compatible technologies.

SUSTAINABILITY
A sustainable building must be efficient and optimize energy saving.
To this end, SCW has been developing and installing closed cavity systems since the 1990s and today they are part of the emerging market for active and adaptive façades, which provide designers the possibility of controlling energy loads and glare through the building envelope, using the building’s integrated management system.
Our latest developments include integrated intelligent control systems to optimise energy performance and meet sustainability targets and the most demanding building codes, with no compromise to aesthetics and transparency of the building. Our systems are also especially sensitive to reducing noise pollution and harnessing solar radiation to use this free energy as an input to the integrated air conditioning system. Studies show that the total energy consumption of a building can be reduced by an average of 20% in most climates compared to a passive single skin curtain wall.
The double cavity active façades developed by SCW are the future of curtain walls in a world that aspires to be increasingly cleaner and more environmentally friendly.
