Permasteelisa España is part of the Donges Group

The Donges Group has successfully completed the acquisition of Permasteelisa España from Permasteelisa Group. SPermasteelisa España is now part of the Donges Group who is the leading supplier of bridges and steel constructions as well as roof and façade systems in Europe. The company combines the strong brands Donges SteelTec GmbH, FDT Flachdach Technologie GmbH, Kalzip GmbH, NORDEC Oy and Permasteelisa España Donges Group SA. The Donges Group has approximately 1,300 employees and a turnover of around EUR 500 million.

Permasteelisa will complete the Donges Group with advanced and innovative solutions in the field of building envelopes and high-quality facades. In addition to Kalzip and FDT, the group thus has a third company in its portfolio that brings extensive know-how, especially when it comes to unusual building shapes and modern innovative facades. Synergy effects are expected above all from the strong presence on the Iberian peninsula, the expertise in the area of production for high-quality building envelopes and solid customer relationships on which Permasteelisa has built for decades.
